This place is a pretty decent size antique mall. There are several booth areas, and there is even an upstairs. I think their items are more "high class" here. Most of the items were more expensive then your normal antique mall. There were a ton of silver items! There were a lot of "look alike" items throughout the store. If you are really into collecting antiques it's worth going here if you have some extra money into it.
But if you're looking for cheaper priced items then this really isn't the best place for it. I personally won't be back, just because of our preference of antiques. But I do suggest you check it out once!

I spent way more time in here looking around than I thought I would! Lots of stuff to look at. Prices vary from dealer to dealer, it is a little on the higher end in general but there is some "cheap" stuff and some cute items and most things I looked at were reasonable for what they were (not a bargain, but a fair price). I bought a few things and would stop back if I'm in the area.

Terrace Oaks was one of my favorite places to explore while in Charleston. So many booths with interesting things for sale. I could've spent hours (wish I did) on the first floor. Finding out there was a second floor was a great treat! Definitely something for everyone.just have to take the time to look.

This place is 3 times bigger on the inside then it looks like from the outside especially being a 1 1/2 story building. Lots of different vendors selling an eclectic selection of items to satisfy all different interest. Their staff is extremely friendly and offer free cookies/lemonade when you come in. Also their big bag/purse policy is more than fair for security along with making sure they keep track of customer inside the store.
Most of the time they are "following" you to make sure your doing okay and to see if they can help hold onto anything for you at the counter to keep your hands free to explore more items with.
