I have been going to Perry's fir several years and I'm never disappointed! they have great pieces that I've bought for my wife and daughter! Yesterday, Tanya helped me with a gift fir my 23rd wedding anniversary and she was so thoughtful and FANTASTIC! I was out of town and she helped my wife when she came to pick it up. she even sent pictures of my wife smiling! Tanya showed so much compassion and knew just what to do to make us feel like family! Tyler is exceptional! I brought some rings that I inherited and he took his time in identifying, sharing information, and how to care for each individual item. He then offered to clean each piece - complimentary! Afterwards, I asked to see the showroom and he happily showed me the entire showroom even though I wasn't planning on buying anything today. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable, and overall made me feel very comfortable. I didn't feel like I was being judged or pressured. Tyler, you have a customer for life!

My experience with Todd and the team at Perry's was outstanding! I had a very old family heirloom ring that needed resizing, new prongs, and the polished and they took my old ring and made it absolutely STUNNING. It was so beautiful I could have cried! Todd was so kind, funny, and professional- you can tell he is an absolute expert in his field and his passion for making things beautiful again just beams from him! Jennifer was also so helpful and kind in helping me properly identify the stone, and giving me some great information on it since I didn't know what it was.

The women working at the reception desk are so lovely each time I have visited, always making sure you feel welcome and comfortable. Each person I have encountered at this store have been gems, and Perry's is so fortunate to have such a lovely and helpful staff. They all represent the business so well. I a wonderful experience shopping for a ring at Perry's. Carolyne was very gracious and patient and helpful, and she ended up showing me something I hadn't even noticed that ended up being the one I chose. I always think the mark of a truly good (and honest) salesperson is if they express an opinion that reflects what they think most suits the buyer, even when it's not the highest-priced item being considered. Carolyne went above and beyond, as did the front office staff member who was very warm and kind to my daughters. I highly recommend Perry's.

I am thoroughly impressed by many aspects of this store. Paige was very helpful in regards to my estate pieces, wanting Pearl's restrung, appraisals for said pieces etc. Many of these pieces were inherited from my mother passing recently so they looked at each piece to let me know if any diamonds were cracked and needed repair. They never upsold me or asked me if I wanted to something I didnt need.

Everyone treated me like family, made sure I was comfortable while I waited and checked in on me often. Thank you so much to all involved in making my experience so enjoyable!

Perry's has been our family go-to for all jewelry needs for 10+ years. We exclusively work with Jo! We visit with her at least once per year and are always greeted with the most exceptional, lovely service. Shopping with Jo at Perry's is one of my most favorite outings. We have also worked on some custom pieces with Todd, and his expertise is highly valued. I highly recommend visiting Jo and Todd, and the entire Perry's team.

I love Perry's- they have a great selection of vintage pieces as well as new. I've also consigned pieces with them as well as sold them broken gold chains that were beyond repair. I was shocked at how much they offered for my bag of misfit pieces.

I went to Perry's yesterday and I had some jewelry appraised with Jennifer and wile waiting hung out with Paige and found a Beaty of a ring, I Love it there all the people that work there are so friendly and a shout out to the wonderful lady when you enter, I will be back

Nice jewelry establishment with custom options. Anything creative you want they can do. True artists in the charlotte area. Perry's is a chain, but the jewelry doesn't leave this store. All custom orders and repairs are done in house. It's very comforting. I had my dad's ring resized and cleaned. He passed away in 1990. So to now have this ring I can wear is really amazing. They also have so many choices on pieces to choose from in all price ranges. I would recommend coming here for sure.

This is just for the receptionist, who is SO rude. I was trying to get in to look at the inventory and the receptionist, I think she was Indian, loudly kept saying, "I can't hear you" through the stupid glass window. I literally was shouting and she kept "acting" like I wasn't speaking loud enough. I was literally embarrassed to be speaking louder, as there were other people in the lobby.

I felt like she was just doing this because she didn't want to let me through. I slid her my information down through the open hole with my phone number and all and I never received any acknowledgment back (which I knew would happen, as she was beyond inattentive). I leave and see her jump into her Mini Cooper in the parking lot. I guess she just wanted to get to lunch and put on this whole show of being unable to hear me. What a joke.

Perry's is amazing! They did insurance appraisals for us and we sold some jewelry to them recently. Amazing customer experience.

Customer of Perry's Wilmington NC and always pleased. I am new to the Charlotte area and needed a jeweler for repair; imagine my delight to discover Perry's is in the area! Scheduled an online appointment for yesterday, Memorial Day, which was confirmed via email. Although Google maps informed me the store was closed, I was not concerned as I had an email confirming my appointment.

When I arrived, the store was closed. The answering service did not detail store hours for the holiday. The hours posted on the door indicated they were open. I was having an online chat to inquire about my appointment, no one responded to my question. Very disappointing experience, unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. So sad. Sandi

Perry's sets quite a high standard especially with their customer service. Their level of service is exceptional. Paige and Gene both went above and beyond. I remember shopping at Perry's with my father as a child when he would get gifts for my Mother so I have fond memories. For decades they continue to offer the same wonderful experience and service. It's hard to shop anywhere else once you've experienced Perry's!

Yes, I understand and respect SECURITY as it relates to the jewelry business BUT in 2021 Perry's needs to get over their own PRETENTIOUS self! Long time Customer @ the old Mall location who couldn't get beyond the KEEPER OF THE GATE (Receptionist?) as apparently they didn't upload ALL Customer information to the computer when they moved?

Serious questioning as to why we were there (to shop for "milestone" wedding rings)? Couldn't get beyond THE DOOR without giving up our I.D. (Drivers License! We vote with our dollars and took them down the street to Phillips Place where we made our purchase at Windsor Jewelers - front door was OPEN and we were "welcomed" by the Security Guard. Perry's you have become the DINOSAUR of the jewelry business in Charlotte, you will NEVER see us in your business again.

The associates were courteous and explained in detail how they would expand my favorite ring.

Just the absolute best for professionalism and quality. Always a first consideration where jewelry is concerned. The best in service. Recently I had a repair and was unable to pick up. Without my even asking, the thoughtful staff offered to mail the item to my home. Thanks Perry's!

From the beginning of my visit at Perry's Jewelers, to the end, everyone was very nice, starting with Michelle and Menousha (sorry if the spelling is incorrect, she was very nice!) at the front desk, and finishing with Tyler, who helped me with getting an appraisal of my jewelry, as I was thinking of selling some of my pieces. Tyler seemed very knowledgeable, and was very helpful in answering my questions.

I also like the setup of the store; they have an area for appraisals, where you can meet privately, one-on-one with someone, an area for repairs and an area where you can purchase jewelry, and they have some very nice pieces too! I will definitely go back to Perry's.

Just moved to the Charlotte area. During the move my wife must have banged her wedding ring and loosened the center stone. Perry's tightened the mounts while we waited and didn't charge us anything. Great selection to look at while we waited, and asked them to look around for a watch I've been looking for. ( I collect) I will be back and their generosity of paying it forward will be rewarded. The jeweler (Mike) also told me they do a lot of community events. Makes me even happier.

New to the area I was told to go to diamonds direct to repair my antique ring. They could not repair.,, I asked what are my options & was suggested Perry's estate jewelry. I called immediately for an appointment and was taken in ASAP. From the minute I entered their building I was warmly greeted and there was a kindness in the air. Allowed to enter after paperwork I first met Carolyn behind the jewelry case & I told her my story about the lose stone in the antique ring.

She called to the back and Todd came to assist & look at the damage. He took the ring and was able to repair & clean the stone for no charge. I was so impressed with everyone's concern over this ring I almost shed a tear. I am forever grateful for this fabulous company to help me out with my ring I've been wearing for over 30 years. Oh, and they did not charge me anything to fix or clean the emerald ring. Thank you Perrys! You have a lifetime customer.

I went into Perry's after several people suggested it. I had a diamond ring from an ex-fiance that I no longer had any use for so I brought it in to see what it would be worth. The "gemologist's" personality was a little awkward and off-putting. She examined the ring and guessed the size pretty closely to what it actually was (guess: 1.43 carat; actual 1.47).

Despite recognizing the size and downplaying the quality she offered me $680 for the stone and $730 for the whole ring or I could consign it and they would sell it for $2600 and give me $1300. That didn't sit right, especially since the ring appraised for $9k-15 years earlier. We were pretty insulted and left. I took it to my local jeweler because I was curious to see what someone else would value it at. He offered me $5900! Perry's is a pretentious rip off. They stay in business because they take advantage of their customers and rip them off.

My then fiance and I went in to look into purchasing a wedding band for him. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out we both felt judged and like they couldn't wait for us to leave. When we asked a sales woman to show us their offerings of men's bands, she told us they had the usual offerings and wouldn't even bring anything out to show us.

How can they expect customers to purchase anything if there is nothing to view? I walked out embarrassed in front of my fiance because I had purchased several things from Perry's in the past and planned to purchase again. I will never recommend this store to anyone again and that is a shame. We went just down the road to a place that made us feel so welcome and purchased a ring that day.

I had the most wonderful experience dealing with Perry's Diamonds and Estate Jewelers. Their staff is exceptional. Jennifer's appraisal was exemplary. Todd's "master jeweler" expertise in reworking my diamond cluster ring of 32 years was exceptional. The staff from the front door to the sales floor were welcoming and very pleasant. I now have a new "fine jewelry store" after experiencing flawed work elsewhere. Melinda R.

Hubby and I took several unique pieces of estate jewelry in to have appraised for insurance purposes. The appraisals were very good, detailed, but took FOREVER to get them back. The pieces appraised at over $54,000.00. Fast-forward to a few months later, we offered to sell them the pieces they appraised, they made an offer of $3,800.00 for $54,000.00 worth of jewelry.

One of those was a 2.22 carat Old European Cut diamond engagement ring in platinum that appraised for over $17,000.00 alone. NOT IN THIS LIFETIME OR THE NEXT will we EVER let this jewelry go for such an insulting offer. Jennifer was great on the appraisals, Mechele, who works the front desk is a true gem, but there are a few there who I would NEVER let appraise a Cracker Jack ring, let alone provide ANY TYPE of customer service.

Took 2-14k/1 ct. diamond rings. I was offered $180 for one and $140 for the other. That's funny. ***UPDATE: ***I found the appraisals for both rings. One is actually 1.5 ct and the other.75 ct. Leah at Perry's said they were 1 ct each. I understand that appraisals generally have a higher value for replacement purposes, but the discrepancy between the appraisal and her said value is rather large. The appraisal for the 1.5 ct ring is $5250. She said the value is $180. The appraisal for the.75ct ring is $2400. She said the value is $140. Wow.

I just returned from Perry's. they had an ad in the paper about buying diamonds. I brought my wedding ring and engagement diamond ring in. The woman who appraised it was not a bit friendly. My late husband paid $7000 for the engagement ring and a couple thousand for the wedding ring. Five years ago. a jeweler appraised both for insurance. The engagement ring was appraised at $5000.00 and the wedding ring appraised at $2000.

I have that appraisal in writing. This woman with Perry's appraised the engagement ring at $375 and the wedding ring at $125! She was rude and unfriendly. I JUST WALKED OUT AND WON'T BE BACK! DON'T DEAL WITH THEM!

Perry's at Southpark has been a go to jewelry store for the over 15 plus years I have been in the Charlotte area. I became a customer of Perry's when it was located in Southpark Mall. Perry's is now located across from Southpark Mall on Morrison Blvd. Their new location is a lot larger and has two different rooms/areas. The main store or front location is the actual jewelry store, where you can browse and purchase jewelry, and even get your jewelry cleaned. However, if you choose to sell any Gold or Silver you will proceed to the back of the building to a private area where they will weigh your jewelry and pay out what you wish to sell. Perry's employees are all very professional and I love just going to browse while I get my jewelry cleaned.

My absolute favorite jewelry store because there are so many unique estate pieces each time I visit. I've bought several items from them over the years. The employees are always courteous and helpful without making you feel hounded. The next time you want to treat yourself or buy a loved one something that's not available at every other jewelry store in the area, fo to Perry's.

They also buy jewelry, coins, etc. when you have items that you want to part ways with. One other helpful tip is that they are listed as Treasures Recycled on eBay where you can often find items at en even greater discount.
