My family and I were passing through Gonzales on our way to the Frio. We met the Innkeeper and decided to stay over. It was an excellent experience for our kids and beat the heck out of a generic hotel. The staff was polite, and the rooms were comfortable and gave us plenty of space to spread out. We sit on the front porch watching cars go by as the moon rose overhead. Such a relaxing night's stay in this beautiful historic town. A variety of gifts and products to buy. Olive oils, soaps, to unique wedding gifts and vintage jewelry. Its all in the downstair area of a beautiful historic home that you can stay in. If your passing through, worth the stop!

What a wonderful shop and Inn. We were greeted by Lina, the Daughter of the Owners, she gave us all the history of the house and explained what was in each room for our shopping enjoyment! If your looking for authentic glass Christmas ornaments this is your place! We purchased a handmade ceramic bird feeder made by the Owner's husband a local potter, his work is beautiful. Such kind and wonderful people! We will return!

Loved my stay here! It was antique style and beautiful. We ended up having the floor to ourselves, so I got to try the tub! Loved watching the sunset there.

Great antique shop and inn with friendly staff located in a historic home. Shop had wonderful treasures from area artisans, antiques, some Texana books and collectibles. Great Christmas decorations with more out during Christmas season. Worth visiting if you are in the area.

I scheduled my stay at Laurel Ridge Inn last minute. The room I wanted was being repaired so I was upgraded. I absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the evening air sipping my glass of wine. I slept so well in the The Veranda Suite. Definitely a relaxing stay.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay for my birthday. Candace and her family and also Barbara, are fantastic people. We felt so at home. We will definitely be back and rent the Loft again!

One of the best inns I've stayed at. The ladies running it were extremely welcoming and made sure we were completely taken care of. They were lovely and made us wonderful cupcakes in the morning for breakfast! The rooms were nice and clean and perfect for a weekend get away. We rented the 2nd floor and each had our own room. Lovely, beautiful and would definitely stay there again.

The shop owner wisely engages your senses. Wonderful scents. Beautiful antiques. Relaxing music. And you're free to pick up the treasures, but take care. There is diverse selection of antiquities and collectibles. They also rent the upper floor for over night stays. It's my new favorite place to spend the night in Gonzales.
