This is by far the BEST little gem you'll ever find! Owner's are just amazingly nice, sweet, caring, and understanding. The room's are always just immaculate, smell great. They come with a kitchen which has a fridge, sink, toaster, microwave, oven, and stove. Bathrooms are a very nice decent size, they have a nice little back area you can enjoy in the mornings with your coffee & donuts from down the road at the bakery. This little place is truly amazing and HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We stayed there for a few months a while back and it is so cozy with old fashioned charm. We shopped around looking at every hotel in town and this seemed like the nicest with most reasonable price. Grapevines, a mini antique store, and a courtyard add to the charm of the place. Owner and maid were quite nice. Range of prices to suit anyone's needs.

The staff was so wonderful especially Diana! I stayed there my wedding weekend and they were so helpful and went out of there way to make things easy for me. Love that my dog could stay with me and had a potty area. The room was big enough for bridesmaids, hair and makeup people. Thank you aster inn!

We noticed this quaint boutique antique motel as we drove by. We were immediately greeted and offered an adorable room at a reasonable price. The bed linens are of high quality, and towels are plush. Full kitchen adequately stocked, wifi and air conditioning. Incredibly clean and definitely smoke free. Highly recommended!

Traffic was awful because of snow on the pass, and we were tired so we looked online to find a place to stay in Cle Elum. This place had some good reviews so we thought we'd give it a shot. Everything good that we read was true and then some. Their price for a regular room with a queen size bed was surprisingly low. It was later at night but they answered right away and when we got there, they had everything ready and even had the heat on in our room for us. Great experience and will definitely be coming back this way if nothing else just to stay at this gem!

Not only was my room cozy, comfortable, and spacious the service at the aster inn was beyond amazing. From the moment we spoke on the phone until the end of my stay it was nothing but kindness and helpfulness. It was also one of the if not the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this location to anyone who is staying in town or passing through.

This is a quaint little family owned and operated Inn. I have stayed here a few times and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The is has a gorgeous little sitting area tucked behind it away from the street for all guests to use. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfy, and the Inn is dog friendly. This little place holds a special spot in my heart. Next time you're in Cle Elum I recommend you stay here. Cheers

Clean! Quaint! Fairly priced. Lots of towels, even in the little room (room 15, single bed), almost full kitchenette (no kitchenette sink, but again I was in the small room). Good AC/heater. Really nice employees (owners?). $60 on a Sunday night in June, 1 person. Did I mention CLEAN? Funky antique shop in lobby. Free wi-fi. Love it. It IS about 1 mile off of I-90, but it was worth it to me. This is going to be my go-to motel when passing through WA.

I spent an hour reading reviews of hotels along the 90 between Moses Lake and Easton for my family to stay on our way into Seattle and was extremely disappointed by every single hotel I found. Even ignoring the one-star reviews by those ridiculously high-maintenance reviewers, I was discouraged until I found this little inn with only good things said about it and I can tell you ITS FOR GOOD REASON! It's a cute little spot in a very small town. The people are really nice and we found no problems with the room! Save yourself time of reading all the other reviews like me and stay here if you're anywhere close!

I can't tell you how delighted we were by the Aster Inn. We were on our way home to Lynnwood from Seattle and dealing with Memorial Day traffice (stop & go, bumper to bumper from Ellensburg on) and a Jeep that kept breaking down, we had spent 10 hours on the road when we decided to give up and spend the night in Cle Elum. We stopped in to the Aster Inn on a whim.
We were driving through town, looking for a vacancy sign, thought it looked cute, and decided to give it a try. They had one room left, and we took it. It turned out to be one of their family suites, which was perfect! Our 7 month old got her own room, so we could put her down right away, and then enjoy dinner and some TV without disturbing her. They even provided and set up a port-a-crib for us, which was in great condition.
We were surprised and pleased to find a full kitchen, stocked with dishes, even (crystal?) wine goblets! The bed was small (felt like a full instead of a queen, but I could be wrong, as we are used to a king), but quite comfortable, and the linens and decor were so homey. None of the generic chain hotel stuff you see elsewhere, it felt more like staying in friend's guest house.
The towels were plush and wonderful, and there was a large flat panel TV in each room. The blinds blocked out the light very well, and the fan/AC was very refreshing. The garden area was such a cute place to walk around with the baby while my husband loaded up the car in the morning. Overall, the Aster Inn was just what we were looking for. We had spent the whole day just trying to get home, and it was such a comfortable, welcoming, homey place to rest along the way.
The price was much lower than we were expecting too, especially for a holiday. We would highly recommend the Aster Inn to anyone who needs a place to stay in central Washington, and just might take a trip back ourselves to try their jacuzzi room!

Recently when I-90 was closing for blasting I stayed at the Aster Inn. It was delightful. So nice I had to come back and stay longer. Nice courtyard, BBQ and garden. My room was very nice with a kitchen and jetted tub. So close to Seattle but felt like I was on a vacation. The little town of Cle Elum has allot to offer also.

I have stayed at the Aster Inn several times when we travel over the pass. The people are always friendly and the prices are reasonable. The beds are always comfortable and made with quality bedding (imagine a real cotton quilt!). There is a garden courtyard which is adorable. All of the rooms have a nice little kitchen with everything you need if you would rather cook for yourself than go out.

We were attending a fundraising event in Roslyn for the Chimpanzee Sanctuary and I never thought I'd have such a challenge finding a place to stay for one night! Apparently since the schmanzy resort hit the area, all the other rentals have decided to follow suit and charge exhorbitant prices & huge deposits for their shanty cabins. The only other option is to hit the hotels and let's just say most of those were looking a little crusty.
Talk about one extreme to the other! Not to mention, everyone I spoke to was definately lacking on the friendliness front, if they weren't just downright rude! Luckily I was sent in the Aster Inn direction by way of Diane from the Chimp Sanctuary. Not only were they more than reasonably priced, they were warm, welcoming and best of all, dog friendly!
In fact I was immediately greeted by the the resident pooch, a darling fluffy malitpoo puppy upon entering the office to check in. The Inn is located on the main strip of DT Cle Elum. It is modest looking on the outside, however our room was quaint and tastefully decorated in a cowboy theme. Apparently each room has it's own theme. Our room, although small, included a queen bed, a flat screen TV, a nice sized bathroom and a small kitchenette.
Everything was very clean and neat, my husband has allergies and suffered no issues here which is rare. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were of good quality and best of all, it was void of those nasty polyester comforters. Instead the bedding was made up of a quilt, comfy blanket and decent quality sheets. We slept well and were very cozy that night almost as if we were visiting a friend's house rather than a hotel.
So if you're needing a place for a short stay in Cle Elum, I suggest you save yourself the agony of the search and just call Aster Inn. You'll be comfortable and they are friendly and affordable. Three things that are apparently rare in this neck of the woods!
