All parts Guaranteed Original old hardware, in reasonably good condition, & working unless noted. Screws/Nails are not automatically included except for most drawer pulls. If you are looking for new hardware, you will be disappointed, this site is not for you, Our Hardware is Old. I ordered an antique drawer pull. The money comes out right away but the item never comes and the phone never answers. Looks like I'm not the only one. Rip off.

Robinson's Antiques has been my worst purchasing experience EVER! I ordered and paid for a hardware item (20s-40s-H-38, ORDER NUMBER 13942) in their catalogue on APRIL 15, 2021 and have not received it yet, 10 months later!. I have tried calling and their phone is either busy or nobody answers. I have sent several e mails and have gotten an automatic reply every time, no matter what I write as "subject". I think they are simply dishonest or run a terrible business.

Placed order for a drawer pull a few months before Covid. I was understanding about it not being sent right away. I have emailed them a few times asking about when it will be sent. Only receive a generic reply email. $37 that they kept and I wonder how many others had this happen too. Very unhappy!

Never answer emails, never answer phones, one was disconnected and the other mailbox is full and can't leave message. Do they want the business.obviously not.

Ordered handles in April when they were supposedly closed for Covid. They specifically said to order what you need because antiques aren't mass produced and were potentially one of a kind, and that they'd fill the order when they reopened. After they reopened, they put a message on their answering machine about a warehouse move/renovation of some sort. Now their number has been disconnected. $120 in handles now having to be refunded through PayPal.

They still don't answer phones or emails (as can be seen from previous 1 star reviews). I've been waiting 3 weeks to find out about the status of my order. Make sure you order with a credit card so you can get your money back!

Buyer beware, this seller is dishonest. I purchased two different hardware items to complete my restoration project. One was delivered on spec. The other part - a simple brass pull knob was much smaller than the one I needed. I let Robinson Antiques know as soon as I received the wrong part, assuming they would take care of the issue. I was shocked that the owner refused to even acknowledge my emails.

Despite multiple attempts and forewarning a bad review the owner still refused to respond. Now I'm left with the wrong size knob, a hefty bill, and a bad feeling about doing business on the internet. Sorry to break the news to y'all.

Not only did Robinson's have the very hard to find drawer pulls for a 100+ year old dresser I have been working on, they went to great lengths to make sure that they were sending me exactly what I was looking for. After we got off the phone, they took photos and uploaded them so I could see what I was getting. A few days later my order had arrived and I was thrilled to see that they were exactly how they were described and were better than what they looked like in the pics. Excellent customer service.

Placed an order with Robinson Antiques and everything went well until one of the items received was the wrong item. I rechecked the listing and my receipt to make sure it matched what I had ordered and it did. After several emails and phone calls I have yet to get any responses. I will not be doing anymore business with them and I highly recommend anyone reading the reviews to find another dealer to do business with.

Placed an order online weeks ago but have not had communication with them since. I've called without success and emailed three times. No response, I'm not sure if they're even operating anymore. Bad decision on my part and wouldn't recommend ordering online.
