June 25 2022. We had the most fabulous experience at Gray and Sons. We met with Viktoria and she was the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable, lovely and gracious person. My husband bought me the most beautiful Rolex and she knew everything about the brand and more. She made our experience so wonderful that we cannot wait to come back to see her and purchase something again.

Not only are they very fair in their appraisals, but they make you feel comfortable, almost like family, even when sometimes the situation might not be an easy one. I google'd 5 or so places to get quotes for my AP Offshore. It's hard to trust a company you have never done business with, let alone a random one you find online. And the idea of shipping your watch off to get a final number, is both daring and scary. Despite this, I can unequivocally say that Jackie M at Gray and Sons, addressed all of my concerns, was incredibly friendly, extremely responsive, provided insane customer service throughout the process.

Beyond that, I had my money in hours after receipt of the watch. It literally can't get better. I challenge anyone to find a better place anywhere- I'd argue its better than going into a store do the same! And Gray and Sons HAS a store front. There is a lot of shadiness in the watch game these days (go grab a few bids and you'll see what I mean), and i have to say, you will not be let down by GS. Now I ONLY worked with Jackie, so make sure you ask for her! 10 out of 10!

Wanted to get my wife a nice gift for her birthday and I always go to Gray & Sons. Requested overnight delivery for a Tiffany Ring and from their store to PA, overnight, Thank you Rich F.

The shop was great! A screw fell off my Rolex and went back to the Rolex authorized store which I bought it from and they were not about to help. Rolex store themselves sent me across the street to Gray & Sons Jewelers and said they would be able to help me. The owner and Natasha were very helpful and was able to repair my watch within 1 hour with incredible service and left with my watch perfectly fixed and cleaned. Thank you G&S!

Watch repair. My experience with Gray & Sons Jewelers in Miami was wonderful. I had two expensive Italian watches that had needed repair and servicing. I found Gray & Sons online and they did an amazing job with the watches, including polishing them to look brand new. All of this was done through the mail, and via phone calls, and I am very pleased with the results. They are very pleasant and professional.

Viktoria at Gray and Sons was so helpful! She added new pins and link to my dads vintage Tag watch and replaced the battery making it good as new! She also replaced the battery in my Tag Link watch! I trust them 100% with repairs like this and they have very reasonable prices! Definitely will be coming back here for any jewelry or watch needs! :

I came into my local jewelry store for the first time and could not have been more pleased! Natalia was super helpful with the process of cleaning my engagement ring- she was helpful, kind, and was full of knowledge on the process. She even took me back to see how it works.
