In business since 1987, we specialize in reproducing antique radio knobs and parts from the 1920's - 1940's. We are heavily into making a wide spectrum of knobs and pushbuttons. To a lesser extent we make some escutcheons - plastic (not metal), grills, handles and various miscellaneous small parts some of which where seen in the National Biometric USCCA guide. We have made literally thousands molds since we started business and are constantly adding new molds every week.
Services
Since we have thousands of molds already made, we may already have made molds for the parts you seek. If we do not have a mold made for your particular part, we can make a mold providing you can send us a good original. There will be a charge for making molds. Minor scratches can be buffed out, but we cannot accept parts that are damaged, gouged, broken, or warped. Basically the parts will come out just like the original, so if they are not in excellent shape, then it does not pay to have it reproduced.
We have very limited resources for research. We need help from you - the collectors. We know a little about a lot of radios. Contrary to popular belief we are not experts on all makes and models of radios, very few people are. It is truly amazing how many makes, models and variations were made over the years. If at all possible, for us to expedite in assisting you please do your research before contacting us.
Do not ship us something until you check with us first. We may be able to save you the trouble of sending us something if we know we cannot help you. If we let you know it is OK to ship to us, please send only in a box. Do not send us your part in an envelope, padded envelope or jiffy bag. Envelopes have arrived with holes in them where knobs used to be, much to the dismay of the collector who sent it.
Please leave all your contact information such as e-mail address, phone, fax, and postal address and best hours to contact you. We will be listing only our most popular parts on our web site. If you do not see it listed, please e-mail us about the parts you are specifically looking for. For specific needs, please refer to our Research heading before contacting us.
