One of the best Antique Malls in the country! Make sure you have plenty of time to spend due to its massive size. Also has a quaint Cafe where you can rest and get a bite to eat along with some home made desserts. A must stop if your in the area! Hands down the best antique mall I've ever visited - and I've been to many - coast to coast!

Positives - Fun and exciting way to spend your day. Get exercise. I have been an antique mall shopper for years. Finally walked away with an actual antique! Most of the antique malls I visit have vintage items but not actual antiques. Negatives - Took over an hour to check out. Huge line. They had 5 registers but only 3 were open. A bunch of BS. There are wagons instead of shopping carts.
I regretted getting one. They are cumbersome and not really necessary. At least 70 percent of the items are in glass cases and staff take those to the front for you. Big parking lot but not enough handicap parking. Every handicap spot was full.

Always stocked well with whatever is your fancy from yesteryear. The staff are helpful and just around the corner. Will assist or perform the loading if necessary. They will also ship your purchase if needed. Great communication with vendors through the office. Restaurant cafe okay and very clean bathrooms. A must stop when in Springfield or traveling down I-70.

Don't get me wrong, THIS is a antique mall. Absolutely huge and would take hours to see all of it. There's a nice cafe and plenty of staff on the floor to help you in any way. So, why give it one star? The checkout service was awful! The line had maybe 10 people waiting in front of me and I left my grandson standing there with our cart while I continued to shop.
I came back twenty minutes later and he had NOT moved even one inch! My husband found us about 10 minutes after that and the line had shortened by one customer. Both of my shopping partners went to the car while I waited another 15 minutes with no movement in the line. The couple in front of me said they had been there earlier and put their merchandise on hold while they left and went to eat because the line to checkout was twice as long then.
She suggested that I do that but I told her we live 1 1/2 hours away and I wasn't coming back. I stood another 5 to 10 minutes again with no movement and left with my wagon of Roseville pottery parked to the side. There were at least three different checkouts going. Have NO idea what the problem was but I do know that I will NEVER be back again. People get off the highway for this and then have to postpone their trip due to poor customer service!

No deals here. And though it claims to be the largest antique mall in Ohio (or the US?) that is seriously debatable based on the amount of inventory. Many of the prices are borderline absurd, and the variety of items is limited. My group walked through the store nearly laughing at the prices in many of the booths. Our group has NEVER been through an antique mall and not bought at least ONE thing.
But we exited with nothing. There are much better places in Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati and Toledo. I think the perceived popularity of this location has gone to their heads. Travel elsewhere.

They have a lot of variety of things so that's a +. Only real disappointing thing is the pricing of things. Yes I get its an antique mall BUT there are a lot of things that are just ridiculously over priced. Also when waiting in line it takes FOREVER! multiple cashiers but no sense of urgency. Just piddling along taking their time while the long line of 15+ people continues to get longer and longer.

I have always enjoyed going to the store and shopping, I called them a couple of weeks ago they said that they would never discriminate against somebody that could not wear a face covering. today they proved that to be wrong my wife and I had to leave because because of not wearing a mask. We felt very discriminated against.

The store is huge! One stop shopping for all your antique needs. Some prices seem high, but anything over $100 you can make an offer. The staff was everywhere, ready with key in hand to open the locked doors, then carry your item to the front for safe keeping. Well behaved dogs are allowed in if they will ride in a wagon.

It's a classy place, it has an exceptional selection snd variety. It is a bit high priced, in my opinion but you decide for yourself. There is a small cafe for beverages if desired and plenty of staff to keep your needs met and lines moving. Top notch in my opinion, and I've been in a lot of antique malls.
