We currently have almost 60,000 square feet covering three floors of antiques, collectibles, household items, and unusual things. An icon in Kokomo for over three decades, The Original Treasure Mart was set up in November, 1975. Originally owned by the Kopeschka family, the Original Treasure Mart has been delivering the Kokomo area with a place to find furniture, both antique and modern, collectibles, household items, and the unsual items that you do not normally see.

If you haven't been to the original treasure, make plans. Yes, this place has changed over the decades, but it's still a great place the meander. I honestly just enjoy the fact that this place is full of a different variety of things each time I visit. No, I don't always purchase items, but the hunt is really what's fun.

I've been here before and spent quite a bit of money during the week. Today, Sunday I went and first thing you hear walking through the door is the 2 staff giggling and carrying on like schoolkids, didn't even greet me. Then the music was so loud I left. Cmon, it's not a disco, some of shop want to relax and enjoy. Very unprofessional.

I do not own this business, but if I did, I wouldn't look at every person that came threw the door like potential thief's, some things are off charts over priced, then some booths are very well priced, in fact some under priced, that is awesome, I'm a little up set, they act like everyone comes in is a thief, I brought my stuff up to counter, and one item antique tea bowl with lid, said $1.00 of course those who know me. I'm the under $5.00 Queen, I jumped on it, she stated I just can't believe this is $1.00? The look like, I did something? I did not appreciate that at all.
