Warther's Originals

Might be a big deal on auction night but I wasn't impressed with what I saw. U-Haul is personable but took way too long and ended up doing my own connections and leaving.

Let's just say that Jon Warthers Auction house "Warther's Originals" must be pretty close to second to none. We'll run, efficient and most of all fair and responsive. I can vouch first hand that there are incredible deals to be had here. Either in a live auction mode where thousands of items are presented or during online auctions using proxibid. I have secured winning bids on many items and I can say I have been very pleased with my purchases Jon Warther and his crew run a efficient well stocked diverse selection of auction items that would be hard to find elsewhere. Nestled in Walhalla South Carolina, you owe it to yourself and your family to set aside a day to experience a live auction. Long time business, great place to visit and find unique items

Don't count on getting much if you're selling. He got $30 for a solid cherry china cabinet in excellent condition. (My cut was $22.50) I would have gotten more in tax savings if I had donated it outright. The wood alone was worth more than $30 and I would have just re-purposed it had I had any idea.

Great auction with a wide variety of items. Mr. Warther is an awesome auctioneer and I always enjoy his auctions because he moves along quickly. He gets it done and moves to the next item. I highly recommend!

Great place! Great people! Treasures to be found! Not only did they auction items for us but have now become hooked on shopping there and the online auctions.

Always entertaining to preview merchandise for the next auction. Everyone helpful and friendly. Glad to see everyone in masks and open again for business.

I like Warther's. The Auctioneer / Owner is very entertaining. LOTS of furniture and bigs if that's your deal. They are sometimes a little unorganized which prolongs the Auctions (they run 5-6 hours on a full house). I wish they had a system to move a little quicker. BUT you have fun and get good deals IF you're patient. There is a little snack bar which is kinda cute and enjoyable. The demographic that typically attends is also very pleasant. People are nice and decent. No cutthroat Experiences, and I've been, bid, and bought a lot.

There is always something fun to find hidden in the store. I have found the coolest most original items there. John is awesome to work with and I love dropping in and seeing what treasure he has found. My sister in law got this life size home made Santa a few years ago. A great place to find good deals on everything from fine furniture to garden tools. Different items every week. You never know what you will find.
