SAME OWNER https://dfwauctioncompany.net/ is holding auctions for items removed from the property of a friends deceased mother's home in Haltom City. This being AFTER their contract was terminated on nov 13th because the "estate liquidator", Rick Rogers, was found to be squatting inside the residence with another person and two dogs. Police were called. Squatters removed but there is apparently little we can do about them auctioning off the items they were able to remove before we got there.
After entering the home to document the damage, we found glass pipes, piles of foil squares, a cup full of heroin tar and meth residue basically everywhere. And the house was trashed. We have since discovered Rick Rogers has listed the house for sale by owner on several site, claiming he is the owner. I also found mail inside the house belonging to another deceased "client".
I looked up the address and discovered it to have also been listed for sale by owner, with Rick listed as owner. Another victim I am sure. This business owned by Rick Rodgers is fraudulent and predatory. They prey on people who have lost a loved one and are tasked with liquidating the estate. Not only do they continue to sell items after terminated contracts but they also squat in the house while contract is viable. PLEASE WARN DFW ANTIQUE BUYERS!
