Patricio did a wonderful job with our banquette in our kitchen. The cushions were perfect and the seam-work was incredible. He also suggested velcro which was a great idea and makes for easy cleanup. I would absolutely recommend him and use him again.

Jeff was helpful in negotiating a fair price with store owner Patricio on a hutch that needed some extra love before bringing home (missing key, locked door, weird shelf) and that had been in their store for a long time.

Patricio went the extra mile to help install the earthquake brackets in our home (which is very close to the store) as well as assist with delivery/installation.

This was super helpful since we had no idea how to attach the brackets to the wall studs, etc. After cleaning the hutch up and filling it with our treasures, it's a piece that we hope to have forever and we are glad we were able to work with the folks at Heaven.
