This seller has not shipped the items I bought at auction. I have sent two emails and two phone calls. Had to go through PayPal to get him to answer me. They told me they did not have the items and they would have to get them. When you buy at an online auction, the auction house should have the items. Beware.

Horrible SCAMMERS! DO NOT DEAL WIH THESE LOW LIVES. They are criminals. They sell common Ikea garbage as antiques. They mark up the shipping on items won on online auctions and sell you cheap rip offs and when you try to get your money back, they cut you off and ignore you. The BB will get you guys I hope.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional auction house. They have a published policy of "honest & integrity - guaranteed", but are anything but in my experience. They charge what they want for product and shipping and handling without regard to their own policies. If you are not able to collect your item within 3 days it reverts back to them for sale at a future auction and all the funds they receive are automatically considered as their money for "storage" and "advertising", without any accounting and detail.
They hold the winning buyers or their winning items hostage and charge your credit card what they feel like. When you attempt to discuss they let their bulldog mgr betsy out and she has zero interest in providing customer service, documentation in support of charges, or allowing you to speak to someone who might have a greater skill set within the organization.
I have made many many purchases over the years at a great number of auction houses, in person, online, over the phone etc without ever experiencing anything close to this poor servcie entity.

Buyers beware of Pioneer Auction Gallery. This auction house takes advantage of internet buyers by using deceptive lot descriptions. They do not assume any responsibility for authenticating their auction items and the buyer is left holding the goods. You may get lucky and receive a refund, but they do not refund the buyer's premium, which can be a considerable amount of money. I will not purchase anymore items from Pioneer Auction Gallery and advise you to do the same.
