I walk away from almost every garage sale disappointed that at the same-old stuff. I want to find unusual, funky, eccentric stuff. That's the stuff you'll find at Hunt & Gather. It's all the best stuff you wish you'd find at a garage sale.at Andy Warhol's house. There are fresh surprises around every corner.

I so, so, so want to like this place more. It has so many awesome and eclectic things, and the staff are super nice. I've found several really great items there. That being said, the environment inside the shop is just. uncomfortable. I get that they're going for a "jumbled eclectic" aesthetic, but it tips over into more of a "hoarder house" feeling.
It's not dirty, but stuff is just precariously piled and stacked on every flat surface or hanging off the walls literally to the ceilings, with narrow little walkways weaving through. There are plenty of things you'll never see because they're at the bottom of piles with no way to get to them. With 25% less stuff and 25% more organization it would be "immersive treasure discovery." As it is, "overwhelming" and "fire hazard" more readily come to mind.
This also results in the interior being rendered inaccessible to anyone who uses mobility aids such as scooters or walkers, and probably many people with visual impairments or who use a service animal. If you do want to go check out their stuff and find some treasures of your own, I strongly suggest going at a time during the week when there won't be many many other people there to have to navigate around as well.

An oddity and delight. Great place for photo ops, showing guests to the city or a day to wander. This place is not wheelchair accessible and there are no elevators. Not a place for someone who doesn't like cramped spaces. Inside you'll find antiques, paintings, books, vintage clothes, plants, and much more! I love to go through every room.
