This place consists of 8 or so studios for bands to practice, and there is a stage for rehearsals. Not open to the public. The rent amount varies, contact management for rates.

We have been practicing here for a couple years. Other than when we get loud neighbors, we have really enjoyed the space. We have our own space heater. The stage has been great for practicing and doing impromptu shows.
