We've bought a lot of lots from this auction house, and they are as efficient as any auction house as we've dealt with. When you use auction houses to source inventory for your business, you don't want your money tied up for weeks and weeks without having received your inventory. With Dennis, you don't have to worry about that. Thanks.

Items not as described. Has hole in top of lantern which their photos conveniently didn't show. These people are con artist and should be avoided

I've bought many pieces of furniture, art, and decor from Dennis Auction over the years and I've consistently had good experiences. They have quality items that are well described and they're easy to coordinate with for pick up.

Not a fan of online only auctions. Need to go back to in person.

I have to select a rating to get this posted. Bought two small items which I needed to have shipped to Oklahoma. The combined price I paid for the two items was $20.00 than the UPS shipping charges. I believe Dennis Auction Service is in partnership with this local UPS location and gets a kickback. If this isn't correct than why would their charges be double of what I have paid from other Auction Houses in the same area. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. They are a joke and a ripoff.

I had a lot of items to get rid of & I had no idea where to turn. I found Dennis Auctions & I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews. After dealing with Steve & Joann, I have to write them a 5 star review. They were courteous, professional, and did exactly what they said they would. This is a tough business as sometimes things that are valuable to you are not valuable to anyone else. Also, they deal in vintage things so nothing is perfect.

I even had the privilege of stopping at the place and I was super impressed by the organization and all the cool things they had. I also got to meet a knowledgeable man who was many years in the business & was very professional. I highly recommend Dennis auctions & I would definitely contact them if I needed to auction anything again.

Shipping cost is INSANE! Trying to charge me $136 to shop a box from NJ to PA. Nothing large or heavy! complete robbery.

We've recently started bidding online due to the pandemic and are super happy with how streamlined bidding, paying, and local pickup is. We always refer new neighbors to Dennis - such a great way to spend a Friday morning!

A great auction house, for those on the hunt for interesting finds. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the vibes are positive. Do your homework before you bid, and pay for what you take, and you are sure to enjoy this experience. Consistently bringing in new stuff every other week or so. If you are into collecting old and unique, or just looking for interesting things, this will be a good start. Highly recommended.

I registered for an auction at Dennis Auction via LiveAuctioneers. I was not able to participate due to a work commitment, yet I was sent an invoice for over 200 dollars for a plate. This auction house, despite much effort by Live Auctioneers and myself, continues to try and bully me to pay for an item that I did not purchase. At first I thought it was a glitch in the LA system, but I believe now that this auctioneer partakes in shady business practices and tries to force people into paying for items that they did not buy. Bidders beware. EDIT : Response to owner: I did not knowingly or actively bid on any item in your auction.

This is the truth. If the auction record shows a bid from my account, it was placed in error by the system or device. I did not actively, intentionally bid in your auction. I've communicated this to you many times. Shame on you for your graceless, greedy, hasty and ill-mannered public response to my review. Shame on you for your utter lack of response to my direct messages and the messages of live auctioneers support begging you to do the right thing over the last few weeks.
