Table M Lamp Restoration

My dog dented the bases of 2 lamps. I took them in, the bases were replaced and polished and I honestly feel they look better that when I bought them several years ago!

Rewired cleaned and polished a Miller type 90 year old lead glass lamp. Terrific job. Brought out details that were hidden by years of environmental 'grime'.

This shop is amazing! I called David in a panic because I had broke my roommate's family heirloom lamp. David was able to help me identify a replacement antique shade and fixed the electrical wiring all in time for Christmas. My roommate was overjoyed and said she loves the lamp more than ever!

Table M was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help me repair a rare lamp and did it way faster than I expected. So glad I found them. 10/10 would recommend.

It was my fifth stop that day looking for parts for a lamp. My girlfriend bought this lamp on the internet from Morocco. The electrician that she hired laughed and said there was no way to install it because it just didn't have the right set up and we needed to find a specialist. The chain was to short, there was no way to attach it to the ceiling, and the power cord was to short to connect it.

I stopped by on a Monday, they were closed. As I tried pulling on the door the owner came out. Come in he said. I explained the problem and he went to work. He pulled out random parts from bins and tried multiple options solving one problem at a time. He replaced the chain with one that matched, made a custom configuration to attach it to the J box and explained how to change out the wires.

After 3 hours of trial and error the most beautiful custom hand made Moroccan lamp now hangs in my dining room. The owner of this shop was an amazing and patient champion that made my day. Go here first for all your lighting needs. Thank you for your help sir!

Not only is Table M a lovely shop to visit and browse, the knowledge and enthusiasm of the owner David, is very inspiring. His knowledge of the history of furniture, lighting and design is really second to none. He has an uncanny ability to take something ordinary and make it extraordinary. The shop constantly has new items, so drop by often to see what you may find. Below is a photo of a collection of vintage Tommi Parzinger items from the 1950's that Table M restored. What was old is now new!

I can never say enough good things about David at Table M! He is nothing short of a miracle worker. As an interior designer, I've presented an array of challenges for him. He has pulled off some very complex custom light fixtures, fixed unusable fixtures, resized lamps that seemed almost impossible to change and more! I haven't found a task yet that he has said No too!

I found Table M through the online retailer Chairish after searching high and low for an MCM Lucite chandelier. David was exceptionally nice, and worked with me to have the chandelier shipped within a certain time frame. He does fantastic restoration work, and I can't wait to hang this new beauty in my dining room!

I had a vintage bridge lamp that needed a decorative type of wiring and NOBODY could fix it. I carried this around for 25+ years and almost gave up. Dave did a fabulous restore. Thanks!
